Tomorrow, my son will be heading to his first day of high school.  I am filled with excitement and sadness but I am trying to make the best of it. My emotions are all over the place because he is the youngest of two children.  In the midst of my feelings, I decided to surprise him with the new Razor E Prime Air.  This only elevated his level of excitement for high school.  Oh boy….

Heading into high school is giving him thoughts of getting a car.  Him getting a car is the last thing I am thinking about.  He just turned 14 and needs to think about getting through the first day of school and not mention freshman year.  He is lucky the days of torturing freshman are long gone.  When I was a teenager, I remember stressing out during the days leading up to the first day of high school.  I just knew something was going to happen to me.  All that I heard that could happen, never happened to me.  Thank God!

Times have considerably changed.  Apparently, the upperclassmen want to help incoming students and everyone is trying to be fly with their clothes, supplies, and transportation.

My son’s high school supplies checklist includes all of that.  His new Razor E Prime Air checks off his transportation.  He will be zipping around town with his new motorized scooter for teens.

I guess it pays to buy your own electric scooter.  It saves time and money.

This scooter goes 15 miles per hour and stays charged for 35 minutes.  My son says this is the fastest Razor scooter.

When I learned that it goes 15 miles per hour I thought, that is not too bad.  That was until I got on it.  When I am on it I go about 10 MPH or less, until I gain enough confidence to go faster.  My son is the complete opposite of me.  He fearlessly gets on it and speeds down the street.  While enjoying the smooth ride.

So far,  he has ridden it to meet up with friends, to pick up food, etc.  This scooter gives him a sense of independence and responsibility.   He checks in with me through FaceTime when he makes it to his destination and when he is on his back home.  I was a little nervous about him having fast transportation that will allow him to go farther distances.  So far, everything has been great. This is the best electric scooter for teens.  After 35 minutes have passed I know he will be returning home soon.  So far, he has not had any reason to take the charger with him.
