Free And For Me

I have not used CLA in about 15 years, but prior to receiving my bottle of Pure Natural Fit CLA I was thinking of using it again.

CLA is known to get rid of the unwanted belly fat.  Let me just tell you, I needed something fast.  It seemed like all of the exercising and clean eating was not helping.  Honestly, I was not eating as clean as I should eat.

I used this bottle of CLA complex for a couple of weeks and did not see or feel to much of a change.  I understand some products take a while before you begin to see results, but I did not see or feel any changes with my stomach or any part of my body.

Last week, I decided to try something different.  I stopped taking the CLA and am only eating protein, fruits and vegetables.  I am only drinking water and herbal green or chamomile tea, without sugar or honey.   It will be week one this Thursday and I am seeing the results I have been looking for.  I plan on using the remainder of CLA starting tomorrow, hoping it will speed up the process.  It’s not that I have a long way to go, but I am dealing with unwanted belly fat and I cannot take it any more!
