Carrington Farms Review
Let’s just say I was excited to be selected to be apart of the Carrington Farms All Good April Ambassador Program.
I have just started using coconut cooking oil and have always loved flax seeds. Carrington was right to select me! Yes, I am not modest about this. Ever since the first time I tasted coconut oil I have been cooking with it ever since and I love it! Now I am loving Carrington Farms products as well.
I have never used coconut cooking oil before. However; I have used coconut cold pressed oil in the past. I used the cooking oil to saute my vegetables. My veggies tasted so good. I do not have to add too much seasoning, because the coconut oil has a light flavor of its own. It also gives my vegetables a light, smooth texture. I also used it to make pop corn it tasted good as well, but I like making my popcorn with the cold pressed coconut oil.

Prior to this campaign I was using cold pressed coconut oil to saute my vegetables and pop popcorn. My family and friends that have had my popped corn that is prepared with cold pressed coconut oil agree that it gives it a butter like flavor and feel. The taste is stronger than when using coconut cooking oil.
We love them both, the cooking oil and the cold pressed oil and know which one we want to use when preparing certain foods.
As for Carrington Farms Flaxseed, I have been adding it to our morning smoothies.
