Best Breakfast For Weight Loss
Biggest Loser Breakfast Makeover – Jennie-O Giveaway
I am a huge Biggest Loser fan and Jennie-O. I watch it faithfully Biggest Loser and many of my readers know I have posted Jennie-O reviews before. I often see some of the staff of the Biggest Loser Ranch in my local shopping center and want to ask them do they know what is going to happen on the show. They are not the trainers on the show but I am convinced that they know something that is going on, they are where all of the Biggest Loser, clothing. Well, that itch is slightly gone because I have received some information.
Spoiler Alert! On tonight’s Biggest Loser episode, trainer Bob Harper surprises contestants with a healthy cooking lesson rather than a workout.
Worried about all over the place² eating habits, Harper wants to instill consistently healthy eating habits – starting with breakfast. Telling contestants that healthy lean protein is a key ingredient in a good diet, Harper presents Jennie-O ground turkey and turkey bacon as the meat of choice for two egg frittata recipes.
After contestants select one frittata to eat, Harper lets them know that these breakfast treats are healthy enough for them to enjoy two!
Today¹s busy schedules make skipping breakfast entirely or grabbing higher-calorie fast foods more and more common.
A key component of a better breakfast is protein. The Institute of Health¹s Dietary Reference Intake recommendations allows anywhere from 10 percent to 35 percent of total calories for normal healthy adults.
Sorry for the spoiler alert! Feel free to enter the below giveaway for a chance to win: $25 worth of Jennie-O coupons.
