Kashi Hummus Crisps Review – Whole Grain Crisps From Kashi

Kashi Hummus Crisps are so good!  As a BzzAgent I received a sample of Kashi Hummus Crisps with Sea Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to sample.  I wish they sent me more than one bag because my son and I devoured them.  We tried to save some for my daughter to try.  I say tried because we saved her less than a handful.

We love popped chips, sea salt, olive oil, and hummus, so these crisps would not last.  They are also made with chickpeas.

The air-popped chickpea crisps are made without partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial anything. And with at least 5g of whole-grain, 3g of fiber and 3g of protein from each serving, there is a little nutrition with every snack session.
Real sea salt brings out the delicate nuttiness only extra virgin olive oil can provide, adding up to a crisp that’s worth savoring.

3.5g total fat per serving
3g protein from chickpeas and whole grains. Not a significant source of protein.
Now you can see why we could not stop eating the hummus crisps.  The entire time, my son kept asking “Are these healthy?”  After I confirmed that they were he decided to eat more.  But, I think he would have continued anyway they taste so good.  I just love it when my family eats a natural product like Kashi Hummus Crisps.
Kashi Hummus Crisps will be on the grocery lists for now on.  We have to try the other two flavors:   1. Sun-Dried Tomato, Basil and feta  2. Caramelized Onion.  We are looking forward to trying the caramelized onion, we are a little hesitant about having feta in our crisps, so I am not too sure about trying sun-dried tomato, basil, and feta.
