Time Warner Cable is sponsoring this years Divine Design, the West Coast’s premier charity shopping event, benefiting Project Angel Food.

This event takes place from Nov. 29-Dec. 3,  at 9000 Wilshire Boulevard (the former Robinsons-May Building )there is a huge selection of designer fashion, home furnishings, decor and accessories sold at discounts(starting at 70% off on Saturday and increasing each day) to raise funds for Project Angel Food, which provides thousands of meals and nutritional counseling eash week to people throughout Los Angeles County affected by HIV/AIDS, Cancer and other life-threatening illenssess.

For every $5 spent at Divine Design, Project Angel Food can cook and deliver a meal to someone struggling with HIV/AIDS, cancer or other debilitating illness anywhere in Los Angeles County.

I had the pleasure of attending the press breakfast and left their excited about the event.  For the past couple of years I have wanted to attend this event, so I was happy to receive an invitation.  While I was there, I went over to the Time Warner Lounge, that featured two interactive stations that brings social traditional media together: “15 Seconds of Fame,” an interactive video experience that allows people to star in their favorite television show and “Why I Support Divine Desgin, which allows shoppers record testimonials that will be packaged and posted on YouTube.
