Free And For Me

About 10 years ago, I stopped taking over the counter allergy relief and began taking Grapefruit Seed Extract.  With taking natural remedies you have to be consistent and get it into your system.  Recently, I have not been consistent and I turned to Advil Allergy & Congestion Relief .

Allergy season began early this year or it feels like it just crossed over from the end of last year, it has been never ending.  I know better than to stop taking my herbs, but I have been so busy I have not been consistent and over the past couple of days I have been paying for it.

The product did work, but I will only take if absolutely have to.   I have to admit every now and then I want something to work instantly and taking this new Advil is definitely an option for me.  I liked it, because it was effective, but I did not like the flavor, it made me drowsy and since I am not used to taking over the counter medication my moods were up and down.  My system is very sensitive.  Moving forward when I take it I will be better prepared.
