Fels Naptha Laundry Bar And Stain Remover

Purex Laundry Bar– See how this Purex bar soap removes impossible stains.  My daughter was able to put Purex Fels-Naptha laundry bar and stain remover to the test when she spilled her black, mascara on the carpet.

She cut off a piece of Fels-Naptha and placed it on the stain and began rubbing the stain with a damp sponge.  Fels-Naptha did work pretty well, the stain was gone, but not completely gone.  She then added a little Borax and the stain was completely gone.

I had never heard of Fels-Naptha until I received the product to review as a Purex Insider.  Looking at the packaging gave me a warm feeling.  It reminded minded me of packing on different products I would see as a child.   I believe that there are a lot of older products out there that work just as good if not better than new products that are available to us now.  New does not always mean it is better.

Fels-Naptha is good for the following:

• Removes stains their first time through the wash
• Pretreats dozens of stains and safe on colors
• Great for dirt, grease, and ring-around-the-collar
• Easy to use and more effective than spray

This weekend I am going to go through my son’s clothing and apply this stain remover on all of the stains he has, that I have been unable to get out.  I am feeling confident this stain treatment will work.
