Free And For Me

For the past two weeks my 19 year old, daughter has been using Exederm for her dry skin.  She suffers with eczema and we have been looking for skin care products that agree with her skin.

Although Exederm says baby on it and is a great natural eczema treatment for babies, it works for adults.  If you think about it babies we take pride in our babies skin, so products that cater to babies may be the best skin care products to turn to for skin sensitivities like eczema.

Winter is a very dry season and it does affect my daughters skin, but for some reason she really had a rough time this past summer.  She really needed Exederm then.  She has been using Eucerine since she was a baby, but for some reason it is not working as well any more.  When she began using Exederm her eczema was not bothering her, but she has been using the skin care line as to prevent any flare ups.  Just this week she had a flare up in any area she had not been applying Exederm to and now she is applying it and it is working very well, it is soothing the itchy area.  It is not completely gone, but it is working.  So far so good.  Whether you have eczema or not we all know how harsh the air and water can be during the winter.  I am kind of jealous, because she is using Exederm.  I do not have eczema, but my skin is taking a beating in this weather.

My daughter believes that Exederm has a great line of products and is keeping her eczema under control and it is stopping any other flare ups.   Like I said, when she began using it she did not have any signs of it, but usually by now she would have been itching or having the dark like gray spots.  She is not suffering as much as she normally would be.
