Freedom Friday – Little Acts of Kindness

Many people believe this is the time for giving, but I believe giving should year around.

I have always encouraged my children to give.  Over the past couple of days, I witnessed them giving on their own.

The other night as we left Trader Joe’s, my son let down the back window of the car and gave a gentleman with a sign, all of the change he had in is wallet.

Yesterday, my daughter and some friends decided to feed the homeless.  This was the first year she found a place to volunteer on her own and she felt amazing.

As their mother I am proud that these selfless acts of kindness come second nature to them.  My children are displaying their freedom to give to others.
