- Squeeze lemon juice from three lemons into a small bowl. Set the bowl aside
- Add 4 cups of water into a medium size pot.
- Add 1 teaspoon of ginger to water. (Or whatever amount you choose.)
- Add 1 cinnamon stick to water.
- Cut remaining lemon into slices. (Make sure there are not any seeds in the lemon slices.)
- Add lemon slices to the water.
- Boil lemon, ginger, cinnamon for 20 minutes, on medium heat.
- Strain the boiled ingredients with a strainer into a larger boil, cup, or pot.
- Add the squeezed lemon juice to boiled ingredients.
- Pour the drink into a tea/coffee cup.
- Add raw honey and cayenne to taste, and stir.
*Drink this three times daily.
