Razor Black Label Scooter

It is starting to feel a lot like Christmas!   One of the best gifts you can buy or receive is a Razor scooter.  Razor has cool holiday gifts.

Last year, during back to school,  I gave my son a Razor Electric E Prime Air.  While he enjoyed zipping around town, I enjoyed seeing how carefree he seemed.  This year, he received the new E100 Black Label Razor. 

The world has changed since he received the Electric E Prime Air.  Like many families, we have been spending a lot of time together and have been trying to make that time either productive or memorable. Now that we have two Razor scooters, we ride them in the evenings, after our evening walk.

The first evening we went out, I was a little shaky.   Within minutes of riding, I was zipping around with my son.

I ride this scooter because of my weight and weight.  I am small enough to ride it. My son is 5 feet 11 inches and 150 pounds, so this scooter was too small for him.   

Since we have two scooters we have noticed some differences in them.  The one thing that stood out the most, was how the battery works.  My son fully charged both scooters, one evening.  We did not ride the scooters for some time.  He assumed that we could ride them without them dying.  That was the case for Electric E Prime Air.  The E100 Black Label Razor died in about 10 minutes of me riding.  I was a little ways away from home and to scoot back with my foot.  I eventually gave up and pushed it home.  I was so annoyed.  It just so happens, my daughter was visiting that day.  She and I were riding.   She rode my son’s scooter.  Of course, she recorded me when the scooter died.  She was down the street looking for me.  When she realized I was scooting with my foot, she began to record.  I was so annoyed with her. Now we know not to wait a while to ride the E100 after charging it. 

Having these two scooters have allowed us to create new memories, get out of the house, and strengthen our core.
