Free And For Me

I am always open to using natural products that will relieve my family of any anxiety we may be feeling.  We experience days that we need natural products like essential oils for calming the mind.

For the past month, we have been using Oilogic essential oil care to help us during those moments.

I usually shy away from essential oils because they do not agree with my allergies.   So far, I have been able to use these essential oils without having an allergic reaction to them.  There was one day I felt like they did not agree with me, but I decided to taper off for a few days.

A couple of years ago, I had a hysterectomy and it sent me immediately into menopause.   No one told me menopause would be as bad as it is.  There are days that my emotions are all over the place and all I can do is pray to God to relieve me of the stress and uncertainty I am feeling at any given moment.   Aside from praying, I exercise, eat lean and drink lots of water and apply essential oils good for menopause.  I do not take any of the hormones my doctor would like to prescribe.  I take anything homeopathic.    When I run out my herbal pills or forget to take them, I feel like I am spiraling down a black hole.  I have now incorporated CALM Oilogic into my life and it seems to be helping a little.  CALM is not listed as essential oils for menopause, but I am using it for that.   I am willing to try essentials oils to help with menopause along with everything else I am doing and taking.

Not only do I use Oilogic CALM, but my son is using it as well.  I love that Oilogic has essential oils for kid’s anxiety. When my son has needed to find ways to calm himself down when he feels a little anxious about school, the loss of his father, or just dealing with going through puberty, he does use this calming essential oil blend. He does not use these relaxing oils for anxiety as often as I do, so I am not sure how much CALM has worked for him.  I feel like these essentials for teen anxiety work for him at the moment. It is always helpful to have these essential oils for anxiety and panic attacks on hand for him when it does occur. Oilogic has a new product Nervous & Anxious that we plan on using as well.  We have found that CALM works so we have been applying that on our bodies in the meantime.
