Who knew reading glasses could be so cool?  I have always associated reading glasses with the elderly, not fashionable or glasses people got at the drug store.  I never understood them.

When I heard about Readers.com I immediately thought of my parents.   I was sure they would like some new reading glasses.

For the past few years I have seen my parents (who are not elderly)  wear reading glasses.  I have seen them swap reading glasses.    I have watched them wear their prescription glasses while doing something and then switch to a pair of reading glasses to do something else.  This all seemed so ridiculous.  Why would anyone want to do that or have to?

My mother wears bifocals.  She ordered all bifocals and was set on getting all sunglasses.  I wondered if she would want a clear pair for the times she needs to read indoors.  What did I know?  I did not ask.  I am just learning all about reading glasses.

After placing the order the glasses arrived either the next day or the day after.  Delivery was quick.  When I called my parents to tell them their glasses had arrived they were shocked.
