The sweepstakes is themed around two award-winning and New York Times bestselling books, My Name Is Not Isabella and My Name Is Not Alexander which can be personalized on Put Me In The Story. In each book, your child goes on an adventure with the men and women who helped shape history.
I have ordered My Name is Not Isabella for a 4 year old little girl my daughter adores. My daughter was extremely excited when I told her I had ordered this for her to give to her little friend. My daughter is a college student and has been watching this little girl for a while. Bedtime stories are apart of their routine when they see each other. From what I have learned about this little girl this is the perfect gift for her. She loves adventure and has a little spunk. When the book arrived and I read some of the book to my daughter I knew I nailed it with this gift.
As always the picture quality was great and I love the durability of the book. Aside from the quality I loved the story! I know this book is for children, but I learned a thing or two after reading it. As I read about some of the great women in history, I have to admit I did not know them all. I did not tell my daughter that. She called me later after she read the book and admitted she did not know them all either and discovered immediately following the story there is a section called, “Women Who Changed The World” and it explains the contribution of each woman. If I had only turned the page.
I love gift giving but, it is more enjoyable when it is something that will truly benefit someone and add to their growth and knowledge.
I have ordered several books from Put Me In The Story and I am never disappointed.
