Free And For Me

Yesterday I received a text from my daughter stating I had to watch this video.  After I watched the video I was more than impressed and amazed.  It was unbelievable!!!

Kenya Hyvon Ngetich was in first place of the elite women category when at the 23-mile mark she collapsed. But instead of giving up, Ngetich began to crawl, even refusing to use a wheelchair. She still finished third.

Ngetich is an inspiration.  My motto has always been,’ when you start something you have to finish it.’ Watching her crawl across the finish line validates my motto.    She was determined to finish despite what her body was telling her.  She set out to finish the race and did so and all the while setting an example for many.  Whenever I am faced with life challenges I will always think of Kenya Hyvon Ngetich.
