Having a cup of coffee and taking vitamins are essential to my daughter’s hectic lifestyle. Now that she is a young adult on the go I am always asking her did she take her vitamins and I know she drinks coffee daily. I know….I should let her do what she is going to do. After making her coffee my daughter poured the contents into her coffee. Initially she made the mistake of adding French vanilla creamer and the Hazelnut Energy, that was a big mistake, you cannot mix the flavors, I thought she knew. After the mistake she clearly learned her lesson. She did drink the mixed concoction she made the first time, because she was glad she was taking in some vitamins. She did not see a difference in her energy level. She actually went to sleep after drinking the coffee.
VitaPerk is a great way for my daughter to get her vitamins. She typically tries to grab different bottles from her cabinet and then throw them in her purse, intending to take them at some point during the day and then she some how forgets. VitaPerk may be a new way for to take her vitamins.
