Free And For Me

With the upcoming release of Hercules, starring Dwayne Johnson the Rock opening nationwide July 25th,  I participated in a Hercules inspired workout with personal trainer James Banks, Jr.

The one hour training session left me in pain for two days.  I was cursing James for the past two days, but this workout only inspired me to get back into my old routine.  I wonder how everyone else felt?  I know for a fact my daughter was in pain, she needed this, because she is casually training for the Spartan Race.

After many sets of burpies, planks, jumping jacks, lifting, and push ups my body is bound to look amazing. What do you call a female Hercules?

If this is how Dwayne Johnson trained for Hercules, although his body always looks amazing I can see why it looks even more amazing for this film.

I am looking forward to taking my family to see Hercules.
