Planes Fire and Rescue in Theaters Today, July 18th
My family and I attended a screening for Planes Fire and Rescue earlier this week. How we wish we could have attended the premier, which was happening down the street from the screening we attended. If you did not know it is now in theaters today!
When Dusty learns that his engine is damaged and he may never race again, he joins forces with fire and rescue helicopter Blade Ranger and his team, The Smokejumpers, to battle a massive wildfire.
I was impressed by Dusty’s determination. Although, he had a damaged engine he was not going to stop flying. While working with the Smokejumpers we watched Dusty make new friends and put others before himself. I enjoyed this flying adventure of the outdoors. I was so taken in I forgot these were planes in the film. They took on such life like form.
Planes Fire and Rescue revealed through hard work and determination anything is possible. Some time we have to take risks in life, but do not be too stubborn or not listen to others, but at the same time follow your heart. The message was a clear and good message for everyone.
This film was fun for the entire family. My 9 year old son says he enjoyed the film, I do not think he understood a lot of the mature jokes. They were over his head and he did not question them, but I did notice he sat with a blank stare. You could hear laughter from many of the adults in the audience. I was a little taken aback by some of the jokes, but I do understand that filmmakers would like to engage everyone.
If you are looking for a film that will take you on a fun ride, Planes Fire and Rescue is the movie to see.
