Free And For Me

Ever since I got my digital scale last year, my daughter has been wanting one.  I received a Surprahs Skidproof Step On Digital Bathroom Scale for review and of course I immediately gave it to my her.

She has not used all of the features, but she loves the stylish, sleek look.  She is weighing herself often.  In  which, I wish she did not do that.  She says the scale is pretty accurate.   She recently did a cleanse and was obsessed with weighing herself.  It was interesting to see the accuracy of the scale.  And she was has been so happy.

My daughter is training for her first Spartan Race and is relying on this scale to keep her motivated and keep track of her weight. Now we both have digital scales!

Measuring our food intake is so knew to us.  This is perfect for everyday life, but training for a race this comes in handy.  I was a bit intimidated by it, because I was not sure of how to use it, my daughter is pretty comfortable with it. We will be using it more often.  We are measuring items in bowls, not placing the items directly on the scale.  I could not understand the accuracy of the contents.  My daughter believes we should measure the food with the bowl then without and then subtract.  I do not know if we are doing too much, but we are still trying.  We are still figuring out the digital weight scale accuracy.  Either way, we like the look, the numbers are easy to read and it automatically shuts off when the food is removed.
