Free And For Me

My towels put Limited Edition Purex Crystals Fabulously Fresh to the test.  Normally, I would have thrown my towels out, because I do not like anything that is dirty or out of order.  I am the type of person you cannot tell me certain things, I get so grossed out.

This is what happened.  My guest bathroom, toilet overflowed for no reason at all, or at least I think that is what happened.  I think a guest may have put paper towels down the toilet.  Well anyway,  when the toilet started to overflow my daughter grabbed old towels to clean up the water.  After cleaning the water up, we were both squeamish about keeping the towels, let alone washing them.  Yes, it was just “toilet water”, but still….She placed the towels in the wash room.   After much thought, I placed the wet towels in the washer adding my Purex detergent and my Purex Crystals.  I was thinking, these crystals have to make my towels smell fresh.  Mind you, we are not going to use them to dry our bodies off, but I still want my old towels for emergencies like this to be fresh as well.  I know….it may sound crazy.  I washed the towels and dried them and they smelled great and felt soft.

I have washed my clothes with the crystals as well.  But I am telling you, they were definitely put to the test with my towels.  If my towels are fabulously fresh, you can imagine how my clothes are.
