Pine Brothers throat drops saved my families weekend trip to Big Bear a couple of weeks ago.

Two days before our trip, my son began complaining of a sore throat.  I sent him to school with a combination of black licorice and cherry throat drops.  These throat drops are like candy.  My biggest concern was that he would eat them up before the day was over.  So I left them in the nurses office so she can ration them out to him.  By the time Friday arrived he was feeling better.  On our drive to Big Bear my daughter and I both began having sore throats.  Thank goodness I had packed a couple of bags of Pine Brothers.

Let me begin by telling you I absolutely love these soft, throat drops!  They have been around for over 140 years and I had never heard of them.  I can’t tell you how many sore throats I have suffered through, especially as a child and would have loved coating my throat with these.  They are soft.  They remind me of juju beans.  I received samples of black licorice and wild cherry.  Both flavors taste just like candy and the actual flavor, the wild cherry flavor reminded me of the hard Life Savers candy.  I used to eat a roll of those in one sitting.   It is like a sore throat candy.  There is not a medicine aftertaste.  Although, they taste so good they really work, it is definitely an awesome sore throat medicine.

My entire family suffers from bad allergies.  I had forgotten our allergy herbs and I have been told that the nasal drip into your throat may cause a sore throat.  Without our allergy herbs, I almost wanted to panic, because I did not want to purchase anything harsh over the counter.  I decided we would drink plenty of water and suck on or some cases chew on or throat drops.  I spent the entire night doing just that. My throat was not hurting as much over the weekend.  I had to keep it up until we returned home.  My daughter on the other hand, does not like black licorice, so she was limited.  She did feel better, but not as good as I felt.  If we did not have our bags of Pine Brothers with us, our weekend getaway would have been miserable.

For now on, Pine Brothers Throat Drops will always be in my medicine cabinet.  This is one product that I am making the switch to.  It truly works, the taste is great and my entire family loves it.
