Free And For Me

California Amusement Parks-I cannot wait to attend the Knotts Camp Spooky Halloween Event .  I have not told my son we will be attending this event.  I have used this as a reward.  He knows there is something big happening, but he does not know what.  He will definitely be surprised.I have already purchased a costume months ago, so we are all set for the daytime, non-scare celebration of cheer rather than fear social event of the season that has shows, activities and trick-or-treating for children ages 3-11.

I hope he participates  in “Snoopy’s Costume Contest and Parade” the kids are going to be so cute.  We are going to visit the Camp Spooky Theatre to view the Peanuts Halloween “Spooktacular” where everyone will be singing and dancing in the aisles to all of their favorite Halloween tunes.  Kids of all ages can explore the wacky hijinks of the “Monster Factory”, a fun interactive maze where the little ones create things that go bump in the night.  At the “Creepy Crawly Critter Cave” Knott’s park naturalists  will amaze the slithery, slimy creepy, crawly critters.  The whole family will enjoy “Scary Stories at the Lodge” where master story tellers will spin the crazies, creepiest, silliest tales of the “Great Pumpkin Patch.”  I can hear it now, ‘Mom this is awesome!”   With so much to do I am sure all of the kids are going to think this awesome.

My family loves events like this and we love Knott’s Berry Farm so this is the perfect combination.
