Nestle Crunch 75th Birthday Party At Sweet E’s Bake Shop
Nestle Food Products
Happy 75th Birthday Nestle Crunch! I attended an exclusive tasting and preview of local bakeries’ Crunch Birthday Treats at Sweet E’s Bake Shop . This is one event I was really looking forward to because I love Sweet E’s and some of the other bakeries as well.
Nestle Crunch and founder, Erica Tucker of Sweet E’s met all of my expectations and then some. The selected bakeries that participated in this event paired Nestle Crunch with the recipes amazingly. The buzz around Sweet E’s Bake Shop, was “Did you try this?” or “This is sooo good.” I have to admit, this was going to be my day to indulge.
Sweet E’s Bake Shop, Crumbs New York, Coolhaus Culver City, and Casey Cupcakes created their own recipe of goodness by using Nestle Crunch. They are participating in the Nestle Crunch 75th Birthday Showdown, where they are facing off with other America’s best bakeries.
Sweet E’s Los Angeles- Nestle PB Crunch Brownie |
I am a true brownie fan. While listening to the presentation. I found myself eyeing Sweet E’s Nestle PB Crunch Brownie. The presentation was amazing and the taste was incredible. My family and I loved it! It is fudge, rich chocolate chip brownie, the flavors that are amazing and the texture is smooth.
Coolhaus Culver City-Candied Bacon Ice Cream Cookie |
I was unable to try the Candied Bacon Ice Cream Cookie because I do not eat pork. However, everyone that I asked what they thought of it, really liked it. I have to admit, it looked so delicious, I was handed one and was ready to taste it until I asked what were the ingredients. Unfortunately, I had to miss out.
Casey’s Cupcakes- Chocolate Royalty Cupcake |
Casey’s Cupcakes, Chocolate Royalty Cupcake was very delicious, it was packed with lots of chocolate. When I brought it home, my son was excited, because the decorations were edible.
Crumbs Crunch Cupcake |
I have been Crumb’s customer for a while. There is one around the corner from my home and my son’s school as Crumbs cupcakes at our annual back to school picnic, so I could not wait to try the Crunch cupcake. My family and found something for everyone in this cupcake. The biggest surprise was the Nestle Crunch bar that was inside. We enjoyed it.
I am glad I was extended an invitation to partake in the celebration of Nestle’s 75th Birthday Party. Nestle has been in my family for many generations. I did not realize Nestle had been in existence for so long.
After realizing it is been 75 years, I was impressed with the Nestle history. When the Nestle decided to add crisps rice to their milk chocolate bar Nestle Crunch was created and was originally sold for .05 cents. Since being created the Nestle Crunch bar has had several milestones, such as partnering with the Girl Scouts of America in 2012 to create the limited edition Nestle Girl Scout Candy Crunch Bar, which were, thin mints, caramel, and coconut and peanut buttercream. With 75 years under their belt, I am looking forward to seeing what Nestle has in store for us.
