I love having delicious snacks around my home during the holidays that my family can sit and enjoy while watching TV, tree trimming, entertaining, etc. I was excited to learn Popcornopolis had launched a delicious new product line called Zebra by Popcornopolis —five indulgent, confection-style gourmet popcorn snacks made with organic popcorn, premium chocolate, and hand-selected ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

I could not wait to open the popcorn when I received it. My first dilemma was which flavor I wanted to open first. I had not had white chocolate in a while so I opened the white chocolate macadamia popcorn. I had not had Popcornopolis in a while also. In the past, I have eaten this popcorn and was unable to stop. That is part of the reason why I have not had it in a while. Just as expected the popcorn was delicious. As I placed the first ball of mouth watering goodness in my mouth it was filled with sweet buttery, smooth white chocolate. One bite led to an entire bag. I could not believe I had done that. There was no way I was going to tell my kids about this. I still have not shared this with them.
I refused to open another bag while I was alone. My family and I went to visit my parents a few days after I had eaten an entire bag of popcorn. In which they are still unaware. Spending time with my parents always includes food. Bringing bags of Popcornopolis was perfect for this visit or any visit. I do think they had ever had this brand of luxury popcorn. They did say they see it in the store while shopping. As I sat out a bag of each new flavor of popcorn my parents were struggling with which bag to open first. I wanted to tell them it did not matter because they would all be gone. I was thinking we should open them all.
We agreed that we would start out with Chocolate Candy Cane. As we passed the bag around. Mind you it never made it to the bowl. We all raved over the delicious blend of dark chocolate, caramel, and crushed peppermint. Shortly after, my mom said, “We will eat the rest later.” What?! Had she lost her mind… She took the bags and put them away. I have spoken with her since then and she said they have enjoyed the other flavors as well. My brothers and their families come to visit often, so I am sure they are all enjoying the popcorn as well.
I have not eaten another bag this designer popcorn by myself. I am allowing myself to eat it in moderation and I only eat it when I know others are eating it with me. I am happy to share the delicious Zebra Luscious Stripped Popcorn.
