Gluten Free Cookies Mix – ginnybakes

ginnybakes have been a hit with my friends and family.   ginnybakes comes in a few varieties either in a baking mix or prepackaged cookies.  These baked goods are gluten-free, no GMO, organic, vegan, and kosher.

These crispy, cookies are so good.  I gave one box of chocolate chip oatmeal bliss and one box of chocolate chip love to my friend to share with her mom and her brother.  She said she was unable to try them because her mom and brother devoured them.  I could not offer her anymore, because I had to share these with other people.  She had her chance.  I did have to share these with others but seriously….I plan to give her some when I bake another batch of lovely brownie bliss or peace, love, and crumble muffins.

We also loved the ginnybakes minis.  The packages are fully packed with the right amount of minis.  I did keep a couple for myself and did take them while on the go.

Although everyone seemed to like ginnybakes prepacked cookies, my son was the only one that did not like them.  He is very particular about what cookies he is going to eat if any at all, so I cannot say that it was the cookie itself.  I am now trying to get him to try anything I prepare from the bake mix.

The baking mix is easy to prepare.  When looking at the back of the packages, in bold you can see the ingredients you will need before baking.  I know all packages show directions, but ginnybakes is eye-catching.

I recently found ginnybakes prepacked, cookies at one of the local Target stores.  They do not carry the bake mix, but I was excited to see them in the store.  I did try other local Target stores, but they were not sold there.  They were listed on the ginnybakes site but when I went in they were not sold there the same thing happened at Bristol Farms.

I know this is a newer company and am hoping to see them grow.  It would be great if they were sold in my local Whole Foods as well.  I may need to put in a request at Whole Foods.
