I like to eat light especially when Spring and Summer arrive. As the seasons change I am turning the pages of my new, 300 Best Stir Fry Recipes book, by Nancie McDermott.
Yes, there are 300 hundred stir fry recipes in this book. I had no idea that there are so many variations of stir fry, available. I have not tried any of the recipes, but I have book marked the recipes I plan to make for my family. I am looking forward to preparing the Thai Chicken with Broccoli and Oyster Sauce. I found recipes I would not have thought of or thought of them as stir fry, for example, Egg Noodles with Cabbage and Kielbasa or Stir Fried Clams with Chinese Aromatics.
The recipes seem fairly easy, but most of them seem to require quit a few ingredients. They are pretty detailed, offering tips and serving size along with detailed directions. I would like it if there were more pictures. I love looking at pictures when trying a new recipe.
Although, there are not a lot of pictures, I will prepare several stir fry dishes. I do have 300 dishes to choose from. I am trying get beach body ready with these healthy food ideas.
