This year to celebrate Mother’s Day Everywhere Society and Macy’s are supporting the women of OFEDA and Macy’s Heart of Haiti. From now until June 1st, if you purchase an item from Macy’s Heart of Haiti, simply send your receipt to Lexi@EverywhereAgency.com and EVERYWHERE will match your purchase with a donation to OFEDA. OFEDA is a group of women displaced by the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. These women have an entrepreneurial spirit and create products such as greeting cards and soaps from within their tent camp. They have resided in challenging conditions for four years, but are now facing displacement yet again. Many of these women are mothers. By purchasing Heart of Haiti
This is a great opportunity to purchase Haitian gifts for your mother or mother figure while giving back to these wonderful Haitian artists. It is so empowering to know that woman are helping one another, while celebrating such a wonderful holiday.
