Let’s just say I was excited to be selected to be apart of the Carrington Farms All Good April Ambassador Program.

I have just started using coconut cooking oil and have always loved flax seeds.  Carrington was right to select me!   Yes, I am not modest about this. Prior to this campaign I was using cold pressed coconut oil to saute my vegetables and pop popcorn.  My family and friends that have had my popped corn that is prepared with cold pressed coconut oil agree that it gives it a butter like flavor and feel.  The taste is stronger than when using coconut cooking oil.

We love them both, the cooking oil and the cold pressed oil and know which one we want to use when preparing certain foods.

I know I can do more with both the flaxseed and the coconut oils, like baking.  I have not gotten that far, but I plan to do so.  I know I cannot go wrong with Carrington Farms.
