I drink plenty of decaffeinated green tea, at least two cups a day. I was a little hesitant about sampling Matcha-Green Tea Powder, because I stay away from caffeine.
Although, I have my concerns about any product with any kind of caffeine even natural caffeine, I was going try this green tea powder. The directions said to use 1/2 teaspoon or 1 teaspoon daily. I opted for the 1/2 teaspoon in just plain water. I know you can use it to make desserts, sprinkle over food, make green tea (I need to research green tea latte recipes so I can make a green tea latte also), You can add organic green tea matcha to many other things, but I wanted to try it in water. Honestly, I love to eat things that are chalky and something like this satisfies the craving. The first couple of times it was a bit strong and bitter and the caffeine did affect my mood. I actually liked the taste, but did not like the shift in my mood. I have finally gotten past that concern and I add 1/2 teaspoon to my herbal tea either every day or every other day. It does not seem to affect my moods and I do see a glow in my skin, but I am not sure if it is because I have increased my water, fruits and vegetable intake. I do have an increase in energy, but I am not sure if it is from the change in diet. Either way I feel good. I think The Organic Matcha has contributed to how my skin looks and how I feel. I had never heard of Organic Matcha-Green Tea Powder, but I have been telling other people about it. My daughter now adds it to her tea and my son’s camp counselor said she was going to purchase it as well. I really think this green matcha tea has improved my skin, and energy.
